Refund Policy

Digital goods & the 14-day right of withdrawal

Our products are digital downloads delivered immediately. Under EU consumer law (and Dutch law), you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase — but for digital content this right ends once delivery/download begins, provided you gave prior consent and acknowledged you lose the right.

At checkout you confirm: "I agree that my download is made available immediately and I expressly waive my 14-day right of withdrawal." Without that consent we cannot deliver instantly.

When we do give refunds

We want you happy with your purchase. We'll refund or replace if:

• The files are corrupt, broken, or won't download and we can't fix it.
• You were charged twice or in error.
• The product was materially not as described.

When we can't

• You changed your mind after downloading (right of withdrawal was waived).
• "I didn't read what was in the pack" — the contents are listed on each product page.
• Compatibility with a specific tool you didn't check (files are standard PNG + SVG).

How to request one

Email mail@comicstripdirector.com within [REFUND WINDOW] of purchase with your order reference and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe within [X] business days.
